Processing Time

Orders are dispatched the next working day after being placed. You'll receive a confirmation call before dispatch to verify your order details.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–5 working days, depending on your city and address. Delivery to major cities is usually faster; remote areas may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer COD across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready for our rider at the time of delivery.

Fragile Item — No Open-Before-Pay Policy

Please note: we do not offer "open before paying" delivery.

Our products are fragile and packaged securely for transit. Allowing packages to be opened at the doorstep significantly increases the risk of items being damaged, tampered with, or swapped during handling — which we're unable to protect you or ourselves against once the seal is broken outside a controlled setting.

Every order is carefully quality-checked and sealed before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video of the unopened parcel, and we'll resolve it — see our Refund Policy for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details via WhatsApp. You can also reach out to us directly for an order status update.

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible:
