At Lumine Luxe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality products and making your shopping experience smooth, simple, and reliable.
Final Sale Policy
All purchases made from Lumine Luxe are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product received is defective.
Refunds for Defective Products
Refunds are only offered if the product has a genuine defect. To be eligible for a refund, the issue must be reported on the same day of delivery.
Customers must provide:
- Clear video proof of the defect
- Order details
- Delivery confirmation, if required
Once our team reviews and verifies the defect, we will guide you through the refund process.
Please note that complaints made after the day of delivery may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the article you received, or if there is a size-related issue, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To make the process easier for you, our exchange service is completely hassle-free. You do not need to visit a courier office, drop off the package, or arrange the return yourself.
Our rider will deliver the new package to your doorstep, collect the previous article from you, and return it to us.
Exchange Delivery Charges
For exchanges due to preference, size issues, or change of mind, the delivery charges of 700 PKR will be paid by the customer which covers delivery charges for both sides.
The item being exchanged must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable

Lumine Luxe reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request if the product appears to be used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or if the complaint is reported after the required time period.
