Complaint.

First I got the product which was not near to the picture shown on the website so I complained and then after 1 day I got new piece which was also not so luxurious but I had no other opportunity as I had to gift it on the day I received it. The only good thing was the way you cooperated and delivered the new piece without any charges. Also I trusted the brand as I've purchased once before but now I'll think twice before purchasing.
